Getting Started
How do I create my first property?
Go to Core Management → Properties in the admin panel, click "Add Property", and fill in your hotel details.
What information do I need to get started?
You'll need your hotel name, address, contact information, room types, and base rates to get started.
How long does setup take?
Initial setup typically takes 15-30 minutes. OTA integration may take additional time depending on platform requirements.
Integrations
How do I connect Booking.com?
You'll need your Booking.com extranet credentials. Go to Platform Integrations → Add Property Integration and enter your API credentials.
Which platforms are supported?
We support 75+ platforms including Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, and many more.
How often does data sync?
By default, data syncs every 5 minutes. You can adjust this in your integration settings.
Billing & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers for Indian customers.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. You only pay the monthly subscription fee after your 14-day free trial.
